No, we don't have fish here, but there are quite some newt families. In spring toads will visit here for their reproduction ceremony
Many birds also visit here often for drinking and refreshing, so we just keep the pond as it is.

This year, due to the excessive rain, late blight and black spot are quite serious here. Most of the roses I picked after moving into this house are ADR varieties (performance testing of new varieties of roses in Germany, mainly about resistance to pests and diseases), however, some of them didn't do well this summer.

The 3rd mixed leafy greens harvest from the vertical planter-1. Will have nice meals tomorrow from them.

Yes, quite a lot snow in the winter, 20-30 cm deep is quite normal. In 2019 we still had snow in mid-May, and this year till mid-April.
But so far the winter isn't too harsh, compared with the snow, the frost and hail in spring are much more horrible.

The hard working for the past week is exactly for such a view in the sunny days!
So, in the coming week i will start cleaning the other smaller pond, uh, no, the other jungle 😅
As the weather turns bright and dry, all the neighbors start working! From early morning till now, the "symphony" made by all kinds of gardening-related machines never stops.
