I love country roads at this time of the year. Put gravel in that road and that's what our driveway looks like. Beautiful pic!!!!

Indeed it does look less traveled. Looks like somewhere I would love to explore.

The sides of the road have miles of ancient stone fences. The people who settled the area must have spent the greater portion of their lives pulling stones from the ground in an attempt to farm this area. Even off the beaten path, deep in the woods, there are old stone fences as property boundaries I guess. There is an old cemetery with a guy buried with his wife on one side of him, and his consort on the other side. :idunno

A few minutes after I took the photo, the wind came up and it snowed like heck. I like to froze by the time I finished my walk. New York, you gotta love it.
