after roasting you can pack them in jars or bags for the freezer. my winter time garden veggie fix and oh so sweet. i could fit so many in the pint jars i used. after slicing and roasting i think it was about a cookie sheet and a half per pint jar, well packed (no air gaps just sweet roasted peppers/juice from same...)... now i'm drooling.

All Longenberger baskets are stamped with their name, handwoven, and Dresden, Ohio. They are also initialed and dated by the person who made it.
