RAIN!

real droughty here. constantly chasing the dry, trying to keep things watered enough for survival. we had a wonderful cool front a week ago. the mornings, evenings were so lovely. the days were actually nice - but it was a dry front. we have a chance of rain Monday/Tuesday.

all the tanks are very low or dry.

a quick update it is coming down in buckets right now and it was such a nice day
just looked at the 7 day forecast theres anywhere from 40-60% of rain.

this is starting to get very very old......
 
Certainly, there is no happy medium. I apologize for hogging all the water, really! We got somewhere around 2-3" today and calling for another 1-3" for tomorrow. I'd know for sure, except DD ran off with my rain gauge...

So Lucky, I am going on 36 and although that is still considered young, I am not feeling nearly as spry as I used to be. Another thing, these low pressure fronts are making my knees achy. :P

A soaking today.
We got another quarter inch last night and more to come. :rolleyes:

With all the rain we have received there are a lot of crops rotting
In the fields I feel sorry for the farmers for their loss.....

It's raining here again too. But we have a chance for rain all the way up until Friday. :/
 
We have had at least a trace of rain every day for the past 13 days. :/ I'm ready for summer and swimming!!!!!!!
 
It did it again yup rained according to the rain gauge
In a 10 minute downpour we got a 1" and there's wave
Of storms heading straight for us.

Did I mention that this daily rain is getting old !!!!
