No wonder I am packing on the pound's. Every bread has soya in. I used to really enjoy soya milk as a replacement to dairy and shot up in dress size. Luckily I came across a clever person that said it was probably all the soya milk I was drinking they were right, I started too lose a little weight after cutting it out. Now soya is in almost everything and there's no getting away from it . Would someone be kind enough to guide me to a bread making page please. I would like to make sugar free bread and find the best flour to bake with, i heard marriages flour is about the best. If there's no bread page maybe I will start one if no one minds
