Here's that soil temperature germination table that I've posted before:

Notice that they either didn't test or most seeds failed to germinate at 104F. Some wouldn't germinate at 95!
If your location, and particularly the seed starting environment, is getting close to 100 - that's just too warm.

Hey! my heart has always been in this...it is just that working and illness does get in the way.
Here is hoping that just because...that maybe....just maybe.... there is just a little life left in those seeds. I hate to throw away seeds.

) Here in Nebraska, we can't plant until May 15th or after, so I still have a loooong way to go! Almost 3 months! I don't know if my seedlings will last inside that long, so maybe I should wait another couple of weeks? But all you guys are making it really hard - your progress sounds so encouraging! Way to go!
