the phrase, "rinse, repeat" seems very fitting for this time of the year. high humidity, a lot of rain (more in the forecast for today) and day after day. i don't mind the heat as long as my body can tolerate it - i get a bit better each day but i'm not pushing it too hard as i sure don't want to get sick.

We hit 90 yesterday and a bit more than that forecasted today. Next week was supposed to be over 100, but the two models that forecasters use, backed off hitting 100. We will see...
