Mine are STILL about 2" tall.

Side dressed them with some "Garden-tone" between all the rain Saturday - worried that the wood chips are tying up all the nutrients.
Now that I think about it... it's rained pretty much all day every day since I put them out in the garden.. maybe they just need a few days of sunlight beating down on them.
