    I have a white moldy looking things on my tomatoes. It is sticky when you touch it. Anyone know what it might be? Beneficial or problem? Showed up when spider mite did.

    Adding up the date from transplant I would be pushing it a bit I think. But I want some big tomatoes. Not my forte. Maybe I will pull that silly heirloom out and try again. But maybe not waste to much space on it?

    I think the farmers almanac is a great place to look for when to plant and what to plant. They have a zone finder too http://www.farmersalmanac.com/ Hope this helps and books are a great way to get info in your zone or a county extension office.
