Im a sucker for Sweet Peas as well and have bought from these folks for a long time. These later years i find myself gravitating to the fragrance collections.

I love sweet pea blooms. They grow wild here in the Pacific Northwest and grace us with their pretty blooms every summer! 😍

I would think that Sweet Peas would do quite well in your cooler climate. I am questioning why you want to grow Queen Anne's Lace. It is native to GB, but is an invasive in my neck of the woods and frequently tries to grow wild on my property. Perhaps you might consider growing yallow, which IS native and attracts pollinators.
Just a thought...
