I wonder if that is a tower of pumpkins, or squash, in the foreground? I would think they are all pumpkins? Those subtle colors are fantastic. What a beautiful tableau!

I was clipping weeds in the flowerbed the other day and accidentally hurt a praying mantis. I felt so bad! Certainly need more of those good helpers around.
