No nephew from my brother. I am very close to this sister and always had her back.

Does this guy count as a business or shop, or is he just an individual that likes to work off the side? Probably not licensed and/or insured? If he doesn't do right to square this away with you, it might be a matter for small claims court. Don't know what the value is set at in your state, but here it is $5000.

He runs his shop out of his garage. I had his business card but can't find it. I have reread all his emails. now that I know what truck looks like can not believe the lies he wrote me.He keeps staying how he told me he had 2 cars a head of mine. He didn't send that email till he had my truck 9 months. his estimate at pick up was 2 months 9 months later he tries telling me about customers before me.

Thats my plan. Sister did tx him, she was very upset. He tx her back sorry to much work not enough time should of passed on job.

Took him almost a year to decide that? She's sees him on fairly regular basis and can't ask, how's my brothers truck coming? OK?

My lips are sealed till truck back in my driveway with all parts. One of reasons I let it go on so long was because he told me truck was inside. Have call in to lawyer want to sue for breach of contract and fraud.
