Harvested more cucumbers. It was a GOOD experiment this fall, which will end abruptly as soon as we have a frost.
I cut up the curled up ones and made myself a cucumber/tuna fish salad, with Western dressing.

Harvested and ate the last edible sweet corn. Pretty much stripped all of the stalks and gave the questionable ones to the ponies. Ate 3 more large tomatoes
Tonight DH and I eat pot roast leftovers with green beans. Washed and cut and sitting and waiting to be steamed.
The cheapo steamer I bought in August was a really good buy. It has already paid for itself.

This morning, DW baked a green bean casserole.
You know, the one with the can of mushroom soup and the fried onions on top

Years ago, when I had morel mushrooms in the woodchips on the perimeter paths of a different garden, I could have claimed that the soup was from the garden.
