Ginger.
Actually harvested some onions and cilantro from the garden a day or two ago :). That should give you some idea about the warm weather we have been experiencing.

Good looking ginger! I love making fresh ginger tea. If you want to try it, it's easy. I just peel the ginger and slice it and chop up into pea sized pieces. Make about a little less than a fourth cup. Put the ginger in your mug and fill mug with boiling water. Let it steep for around 25:minutes. Enjoy!

I’d be really interested to know how you grow your ginger. Under cover? In pots? Any special treatment? I’ve tried it once in pots in my greenhouse but had such a small yield that I haven’t tried again.

Yours looks very good. Am I missing something?
