Good looking ginger! I love making fresh ginger tea. If you want to try it, it's easy. I just peel the ginger and slice it and chop up into pea sized pieces. Make about a little less than a fourth cup. Put the ginger in your mug and fill mug with boiling water. Let it steep for around 25:minutes. Enjoy!View attachment 79060
Ginger.
Actually harvested some onions and cilantro from the garden a day or two ago. That should give you some idea about the warm weather we have been experiencing.
I’d be really interested to know how you grow your ginger. Under cover? In pots? Any special treatment? I’ve tried it once in pots in my greenhouse but had such a small yield that I haven’t tried again.Ginger.

What do you think? I think they are right.
This is a favorite, altho I also put cheese in the soup. DW convinced me to stop freezing so much tomatoes from the food processor/blender with ground beef in it to go with pasta. The ground beef can be cooked and added later if we want. We don't have beef in the soup. Bacon ... sometimes.
