What Do You Wake To ?

I see a Dr who specializes in sleep disorders. Every couple of years I do a sleep lab. If you never done one almost every inch of your body is cover in wires, then they tell you " go to sleep" Dr after looking at test results said to me I have never seen anything like this before !!!!

I have had a few of those tests done. I remember the Dr. saying he did not see anything too unusual. I asked wasn't I awake I for a long time. "Oh, yea, you were awake for 2 hours right here." No help. Still do the same and I just deal with it. But, now that I am retired it is less crucial getting a full nights sleep. Dealing with 100 7th graders a day was rough on only a few hours sleep sometimes night after night.

I learned how to function on 2 hours sleep, its when I get 0 hours I have a hard time
