Dieting hard on willpower
NYB- Get the book ""Eat right for you Type." By eating the things that are right for your body you will lose weight and not be hungry. It is a lifetime of different choices. It is not a stringent regime of "no's". If nothing else try to stop eating wheat. Don't say but I love bread! You will feel better, have more energy, lose the bloat, and the weight. I eat rice pasta that I buy online. Some brands are not- good. I get mine from soap.com. I also eat only spelt bread which you can make really fast and easy or buy in a health food store. I can give you a few easy recipes if you are interested.

A friend once told me, when talking about dieting, that there are no 'slips' or 'failures' or 'being good, or being bad'. It's simply choices WITH consequences.
When presented with the choice between a doughnut or some almond butter and apple slices - each choice comes with it's own consequences. We make our choice and accept our consequences - towards health or away from it.
