I remember winters when it just gets tuff for me to figure out where to put all the snow. Lavender, you probably don't need as good a memory (as mine used to be 
).
You should put the laughing smiley down in the snow behind the back bumper.
Cat', it looks to me that the bridge picture would be one for the livingroom wall. Someone with some Photoshop skill could replace the power line with a hazy little cloud or it could be taken out. Picture Perfect winter scene!

We had some freezing snow earlier today. (Almost like miniature hail) This made it really hard to shovel as the top layer of snow was effectively ice - made out of snow. Today is the first time I've ever heard of it, "Frozen snow" sounds kind of...silly? I can't think of a better word at the moment.

We are getting SNOW and SLEET this morning! 
But at least it will get up to 39* later today, so it will melt and GO AWAY! @

Hehe, I should be heading for CA. You think your weather is bad now, just invite my DH and I to your State! Monsoon rains, hail, record snowfalls, you name it ... when we travel, they should put out a warning!... trust me, we are some fun folks to camp with...

I thought this thread could be put to rest until next winter but we are forecast for 6-9 inches of snow for tomorrow. What a year for snow. We have had years in the past where we got 1 inch all winter. To think I weeded on Sunday. Hopefully it will not last very long.
