This was suppose to be posted yesterday. Spaghetti sauce was big hit and passed the DD test. He even said, "Good spaghetti sauce, Mom." It passed the DS test I meant to say, but DD and DH liked it too.

Had a stir fry with bok-choy tonight. I only had just a few little plants that I started from seed.

Yesterday we had sweet potato leaves in our chicken tortellini soup. They were way better than spinach! Very tender and good.

Honestly, journey11? They won't poison me or make me sick if I add them to some soup? The vines I have are well and truly growing out of their home. A few leaves wouldn't be missed, I'm sure.

They're very nutritious too. I guess other cultures and countries eat them regularly. I heard it via Baker Creek. Sure are enough to go around. I did not find them bitter at all. Now I will pick them, rather than weed whack them when they overstep their bounds.
