The plums we pick are wild plums, they are called Chickasaw plums. We have some started in coffee cans, they are ready to set out now.

They look a lot like tart cherries.

I dont think we have these sort of plums, the closest would be Christmas plums which are maybe an inch diameter with a sweet but around the stones.
Its really interesting how we all have the same fruit...but they all seem to be different at the same time.

i was just trying to fix up my thread on the permies forum again and i got some of it done, but the site seems unstable as i got errors. now i wonder if any of the changes i made will actually take. hmm... :)
