Thanks Carol and Bay, I am much a home and garden type person, with the garden and family (human beings, dogs, cats, chickens), it's really my own Utopia :love

Although I said goodbye for my career last year, so many things on the to-try-list. Life is short, and time flies. I decided to be no one else, just me.

Autumn is coming.

Worked early in the pond area, that became jungle....after such a rainy summer. Where I cleaned today (left and lower corner) and where not yet seem (the rest) totally two worlds. I guess this will take me 1-2 weeks to clean up.

More dahlias are also coming.

Mowed for quite a while, as it will rain again for days from tomorrow. Two dogs enjoyed their time when I was working.

Your happiness is evident in the beautiful world you have created. I enjoy your pictures so much. I can only dream of such a perfect garden.

This is me in my happy place, getting lamb hugs and a slurpy kiss from one of my dogs.

It rains whole day, sigh, and it will keep rainning the whole weekend.

Earlier I made a toast loaf with poppy seed and walnut, so I have that with soup, coffee, omlet as breakfast. After breakfast I immediately started the cleaning of the pond area and take some photos. It's a right decision, after that no more good time for doing some work outside.

But the progress is good, hopefully during weekend we can get some more time to finish this work.

They always have some good breakfast from my kitchen, I just started to make fermented feed, too.

As a return, their egglaying performance always surprised me. Even some breeds that should not have so many eggs, or even few hens are molting, as they maintain their weight quite nicely, they just keep laying.

Just bring back my calamondin to the greenhouse, full of fruits - the pollinators did a very good job.

The oriental Lily - Stargazer, I already cut half of them for family, neighbor and ourselves. Even just half are left, they still look so gorgeous.

Today is ended with some chores. It's my coffee corner #3, in the laundry room. Just some tea made from dried corn silk. Good night my gardening friends, I wish you a pleasant weekend in advance.

Peaceful tea time. I’ve made corn silk tea, it’s good.

if the corn silk is still green it is very good to eat too. i like it as much as the corn. Mom thinks i'm nuts, but that's probably the rest of the odd things i try too. :)

those eggs, i've never seen eggs that dark before. amazing! :)

Today is the no-outdoor-activity day, one of the reason is we took the second vaccination yesterday afternoon, and it really gave me a bad time from the evening - Took two painkiller and covered myself with two layers of quilt, and fainted till this morning.

Now my left arm is still aching 😑 it might need another few days for all symptoms to go away.

But, we still do something "in the garden" - our Sunday brunch. Some steamed sausage and vegetable, fruits and pancake. For my husband and me, it's an important chatting time. Many chattings, communications, plans are usually done during these couple of hours on Sunday.

Quickly prepared in the kitchen and then brought to the garden shed.

Different places, different moods. That's why we decided to build a new shed - anyway we don't plan to travel anywhere like before in few years due to the pandemic, just use that budget to create our own lovely corners.

The rain remains, i do wish hard for an entire week without rain.
