NIGHTMARES~my nightmares were unbelievable, I'd wake the whole house, we lived in a Great large house with cousins and uncles and sisters and brother~all would be gathered round me to tell me I was safe ~God I love them and miss them!

AMKuska, that is so great to hear. I don't like how we are quick to medicate especially children. You take one medicine and it gives you side effects, then you take another for those side effects, and another for the second med's side effects, etc. The list just grows. I'm always surprised at how many meds some people take. Thirty is just way too many in my opinion.

@AMKuska, you were very lucky to have a doctor who took the time to do what needed to be done for your son. That teacher should find a different job.
Ideally, a doctor will try to find out how the child acts at school, at home, and out in public. If a kid only acts out in one of those places, he/she shouldn't be diagnosed as ADHD.
And I hate it when a teacher takes away recess as punishment for being too active in class. What do they expect to achieve by that??

He went to both doctor appointments today. Plan is to carry on. He should gain strength. Will take time for mental function, but he is improving. He will be going back on the targeted therapy. I am just worried about which blood thinner. I put him on B12 and wondering if that’s helping. He has had 2 pretty good days. Tomorrow he has to get a haircut and get his suit remeasured at the rental place. Friday wedding rehearsal and Saturday the wedding. It may be DS walking DD and DH stands at the end beside her.
